The rosette design on this wool needlebook and pincushion is based on a small section of the Rose Window in Christchurch Cathedral. The layered rosette on both items is embellished with hand embroidery. The needle book measures 4 1/2" square (4 1/2" x 9" when open) and features an embroidered rosette detail on the pockets on the inside of both covers, one for scissors and the other for threads. The pincushion is 4" in diameter, with a concealed cardboard base and filled firmly with stuffing.
The kitset includes the pattern, instructions, all fabric, wool and threads for you to complete this set.
Polyfill stuffing and cardboard base for the pincushion are not included in kitset. The scissors shown are also not included in the kitset.
