Stef Francis Perle Cotton

We stock Perle cotton in three different thread weights - Fine Perle (which is similar to Perle 16), Perle 8 and Perle 5. All are hand dyed from 2 ply high quality mercerised Egyptian cotton. Fine Perle is equivalent to Perle 16 (even finer than Perle 12) and is often used in lace making, both Perle 8 and the thicker Perle 5 are fabulous for embroidery and embellishment stitches.

Stef Francis Silk Floss

Silk floss is a lustrous 12 strand medium weight silk thread that can be split into fewer strands for fine embroidery. You will love stitching with this beautifully smooth thread. Available in a wide range of variegated colours.
